Pardo GT75: A Masterclass in Modern Luxury
Pardo's new GT75 offers distinct design blended with high performance and craftsmanship.
The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) 2024 witnessed the grand debut of the Pardo GT75, a vessel that epitomizes the blend of sleek design and luxury living on the water. Although we're accustomed to dissecting and scrutinizing the latest in yachting innovations, the GT75 made a distinct impression, even without a sea trial. Our walkthrough from stern to bow and conversations with Pardo Yachts’ representatives revealed the nuances that set this yacht apart. Here’s why this model is a standout at this year’s show.

Design and Craftsmanship: A Bold Statement
From the moment we stepped aboard, it was clear that the Pardo GT75 was built to command attention. Measuring 75 feet in length, this luxury yacht boasts an elegant profile with clean lines and a distinctive bow shape that hints at the performance prowess beneath. The GT75’s Italian heritage shines through in its seamless integration of form and function, exuding a sense of modern sophistication while maintaining practical usability.
The exterior’s minimalist aesthetic is underscored by expansive deck spaces, inviting sun lounges, and a meticulously crafted hardtop that provides just the right balance between shade and openness. The design strikes an impressive equilibrium between sportiness and elegance, appealing to owners who seek both performance and comfort.

Three Standout Features That Caught Our Eye
1. Stern Area and Cockpit Versatility
Our journey through the GT75 began at the stern, where we were greeted by an expansive swim platform perfect for water activities or simply lounging by the sea. The platform is hydraulically adjustable, allowing seamless access to the water—a feature appreciated by families and social enthusiasts alike. The thoughtful addition of integrated steps enhances safety and convenience when moving between the platform and the cockpit.

The yacht's aft deck features a seamless integration of fold-out balconies on either side that extend the beam of the yacht, creating an even more spacious and immersive environment that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living. A large, comfortable sun pad lifts up electrically when needed to reveal a generous water garage that can accommodate up to a 13-foot tender.
The cockpit itself is a social hub, masterfully designed with customizable seating arrangements. Pardo offers the option to transform this space into either a formal dining area or a more relaxed lounge, depending on the owner’s preferences.
2. Main Deck: Seamless Flow and Panoramic Views
Stepping into the main deck, we were captivated by the seamless flow of space and the extensive use of glass. Pardo has embraced an open-plan design that allows natural light to flood the interior, creating an airy and inviting ambiance. The salon features plush seating with customizable fabrics and finishes, adding a personal touch to the luxury experience.

One of the most striking elements is the panoramic views afforded by the floor-to-ceiling windows. These expansive glass panels not only provide stunning vistas but also enhance the connection between the interior and the outside world. The retractable glass doors leading to the aft deck can be opened to merge the salon and cockpit into one unified space, perfect for entertaining.
3. A Helm Station for the Modern Captain
Moving forward, the helm station reveals Pardo’s commitment to combining cutting-edge technology with aesthetic refinement. Equipped with the latest in navigation systems and touchscreen controls, the helm provides intuitive operation that ensures captains feel confidently in control. The ergonomic design and adjustable captain’s chair add to the comfort and convenience during long journeys.
The GT75 also offers impressive visibility from the helm, which was a talking point during our discussions with Pardo’s onsite team. They highlighted that this design consideration was intentional, ensuring that both experienced and newer captains would find piloting the yacht a pleasurable experience.
Below Deck: Luxury Redefined
The lower deck is where the GT75 truly differentiates itself, combining spaciousness with bespoke elegance. Pardo has focused on maximizing both comfort and utility, with a layout that can be customized to fit different lifestyles. Whether configured for more staterooms or larger living quarters, the GT75 caters to diverse owner preferences.

Master Suite and Accommodations
The master suite is a showstopper, occupying the full beam of the yacht. It features large hull-side windows that draw in natural light, emphasizing the grandeur of the space. High-quality materials, such as leather accents, custom wood finishes, and premium fabrics, elevate the overall luxury feel. The en-suite bathroom is equally impressive, with dual sinks, a rainfall shower, and marble surfaces that rival those found in luxury land-based residences.

Additional guest staterooms do not compromise on comfort or space. Each room has been designed with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that guests experience the same level of luxury as the owner. Ample storage, custom fittings, and en-suite facilities complete the experience below deck.
Crew Quarters and Practical Details
Pardo hasn’t overlooked the practical aspects of luxury yachting. The GT75 includes a dedicated crew area that offers private sleeping quarters, a small galley, and a separate bathroom. This setup allows for discreet service and enhanced privacy for guests, a consideration that yacht owners with long-term crew appreciate.
Performance and Engineering Insights
While we didn’t have the opportunity to sea trial the GT75, Pardo’s representatives provided insights into the yacht’s engineering that suggest impressive performance. The GT75 is powered by a choice of high-performance triple Volvo Penta IPS 1350 engines with 1,000hp each. She cruises at 20 knots for a 350 mile range—or 12 knots, in "displacement mode" for increased efficiency and a range of up to 700 miles. Her maximum speed is around 35 mph and according to Pardo the propulsion package offers a blend of speed and fuel efficiency.
The yacht’s hull has been specifically designed to reduce drag and improve stability, ensuring a smooth ride even in challenging conditions. Pardo’s team emphasized that the vessel’s innovative hull construction allows for enhanced maneuverability and fuel economy without sacrificing power. This technical advantage positions the GT75 as a compelling option for those who value both performance and sustainable cruising.
